Notes
- Applications for the use of the venue must pertain to tourism, agricultural education, industrial culture, social education, public welfare, or similar activities, and must not violate public order and good customs or be deemed inappropriate by the institute.
- The leisure farm is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Nighttime use is prohibited. The barbecue and kiln area is available from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Fees are calculated per day, aligned with staff working hours. Noon users must check in before 12:00 PM.
- Deposits are refunded without interest after confirming site restoration and waste sorting. Damaged equipment must be compensated for or repaired by the applicant.
- Applications must be submitted with the required forms at least five days prior to use. Cancellations or postponements must also be requested ahead of time.
- All participating personnel must have accident insurance, and applicants must provide emergency contact information.
- Barbecue and kiln activities must ensure complete extinguishing of fire sources before departure. Damage due to unextinguished fire will incur liability.
- Prior approval is required for setting up posters, stages, electrical equipment, or water extraction.
- The farm's crops are for educational and viewing purposes only and must not be picked. Violators will face legal action.
- Due to natural ecology, mosquitoes and snakes may be present. Visitors are advised to prepare accordingly.
- Personal belongings must be self-managed. The institute is not responsible for safeguarding valuables.
- All fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
